What is the purpose of the Premier Roadmap? This page serves as a high-level, tactical sheet for The Execu-Search Group and HubSpot to establish, outline, and execute on business-driven milestones. 

How can a Premier Roadmap be used? The Premier Roadmap is meant to be referenced on a monthly or quarterly basis to check in and update project work throughout the year. Project teams at Execu-Search Group will work collaboratively on building this out with your HubSpot consultant. 

 

Premier Roadmap Guide:

  1. Identifying your goal: consider how much and in what areas you'd like your company to grow in 2020. This goal should encompass more than just revenue-based initiatives. 
  2. Selecting target metrics: which metrics will determine if Execu-Search Group successfully reached its goal or not? Examples of target metrics:
    1. Total Website Sessions
    2. Contact Conversion Rate 
    3. Customer Conversion Rate
    4. Total Annual Revenue
    5. Marketing-driven Revenue
    6. Average Order Value
    7. Items Per Order
  3. Highlighting project themes: project themes should focus on the why of a project—what will come of a successful project? Examples of project themes:
    1. Customer Loyalty
    2. Lead Qualification
    3. Improved Customer Experience
  4. Setting tactics in place: tactics are the what of a project. Pinpoint what key tasks need to be accomplished to successfully finish a project. Tactics will be supported by outlined task lists in HubSpot's "Projects" tool. 
  5. Establishing project timelines: a project due date should be the anticipated completion date of the total project. This can be a strict date (i.e. September 15) or on that's more general (i.e. end of Q2). Three Status Types:
    1. Not Started
    2. In Progress
    3. Completed
    4. Roadblocked
  6. Outlining future growth opportunities: depending on company and team goals, your HubSpot consultant will identify next steps and future growth opportunities for you to consider.
